The Process

We like to think of our cakes as being opened like a present...
Every cake that we make is made from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients. We use Belgian chocolate, French style butter and cage free local eggs. Since every cake is made to order and in small batches we are able to accommodate special requests such as gluten free, dairy free and nut free cakes. We can also bake with organic flour, eggs and butter upon special request. We have even used personal family recipes to represent a special family member or a certain ethnicity. We offer a wide range of flavors and our menu is ever changing so please inquire for a detailed and current menu.
TIMING
Since we are not a retail bakery and I specialize in weddings only, the first thing to do is check our availability.
I work with one assistant and personally make all of our cakes so we are limited as to how many weddings we can accommodate. Please fill out our Inquiry Form to get the process started.
DESIGN & TASTING
Our personal approach to being a part of a wedding is one of the aspects of our business that sets us apart.
During our meeting I will sketch up ideas for you while you get to sample several varieties of our extensive menu. Have some inspiration in mind? Bring them along! The more details, the better: fabric on a gown, just the right shade of pink in a flower, a favorite china pattern, what ever it is that is meaningful to you.
Be sure to bring an appetite and a sense of humor, I will handle the rest! Since we accomplish so much in this meeting everything after that can be easily handled via email.
PRICING
Our cakes are priced based on the number of servings and how intricate the design will be.
Please inquire for our availability and we will send you a current menu with some basic pricing per person. During a consultation I will provide you with a more accurate estimate incorporating design as well.
